Once when I was 20 yrs old I ate 6 Big Macs in a hour.  I sure wasn’t hungry after the first three but I was just craving that special sauce.

The first step to losing over 100lbs was eliminating fast food.  I didn’t know it then but cutting out the chemicals saved my brain and my waistline.
