How Eating Good Food Made Me Skinny

Once when I was 20 yrs old I ate 6 Big Macs in a hour.  I sure wasn’t hungry after the first three but I was just craving that special sauce.

The first step to losing over 100lbs was eliminating fast food.  I didn’t know it then but cutting out the chemicals saved my brain and my waistline.

  1. Roger,
Thank you so much for the video on obesity. This is something I have struggled with all my life and the information on the chemicals in the food was invaluable. I am going to make a change immediately. Zack had always told me how truly inspiring you are and I can’t wait to hear more. If you have any additional information I would appreciate. I am still having some troubles sleeping and I know it has to do with partly the weight and part stress.

Thank you so much for putting this information out!! Have a blessed day.

    Hey Linda,
You have already made a great leap forward with your health by deciding to eliminate needless chemicals from your diet. Stress probably is related to your sleep problem so remember when a person is stressed they have a need for more nutrition. The body burns it’s nutritional stores much more rapidly and so you have to eat really well when stressed. Most people do the opposite. Get some extra sleep, drink clean water, eat well and if you’re not doing better in a few weeks try seeing a health practitioner. Chinese herbs work well for sleep problems and you can find someone in your area by going to http://nccaom.org

Hey Roger………What is your thoughts on the recent “scare” of drinking out of the plastic bottles that bottled water is sold in?

    Hey Marcia,
I hate to tell ya’ but “you ain’t seen nothing yet”, pretty much sums it up. Most of the evidence will probably never make it to print. I remember 6 years ago when this was first being discovered that a group of scientists at an Ohio university noticed that rats accidentally exposed to this chemical, Bisphenol A, had chromosomes that were exactly like the chromosomes of Downs Syndrome(DS). They thought then that the whole theory of Downs occurring in aging mothers would have to be reevaluated. It could just be accumulated chemical damage. The story disappeared for awhile but now it’s back in the news. The reality is that most chronic disease has some component to it of a system overwhelmed by chemicals and underwhelmed by the protective elements of good food.
You should buy a good water system and a few good bottles and carry your own. The taste is amazing and the cost per bottle is pennies. Never, ever microwave any thing in plastic as this releases the same chemical. Hopefully you never microwave anyway. Be well.

I have a friend who made a good health choice to reduce his weight and exercize. He looks well, and feels healthy on a mostly, but not too strict raw food diet. He wonders why he can’t get rid of a hemeroid problem he has had for many years. Can our magnetic technology help? Are there food implications or anything that will simply heal those symptoms?
    Thanks!
